    •  User-friendly - Easy operation and installation. Fully automatic.
    • Communication BMS controls as standard via: Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP
      and common alarm.
    • Suits Chilled and heating water closed loop systems small to large.
    • Capable and effective - Negative pressure down to −0.9 bar. Silent
      degassing.
    • Designed to meet the increasingly tough demands placed on modern
      heating and cooling systems.
    • The VacVent has a very simple installation and commissioning procedure
and is easy to navigate during installation/ service.
    • Increases energy efficiency and prevents corrosion Lab tested < 0,02 mg
oxygen/liter. VacVent O2X removes harmful gases in the system and aids
prevention by continuously removing gases from the system over time.

The VacVent O2X is a compact, fully automatic vacuum degasser designed to
enhance hydronic HVAC system efficiency and reliability. Using a special
degassing tube, it removes both dissolved and entrained gases introduced
through makeup water, repairs, or diffusion. VacVent initiates a rapid 30-day
degassing phase on activation, then automatically switches to maintenance
mode to sustain low gas levels. Degassing intervals and duration are adjustable
to suit system requirements. Permanently installed, VacVent prevents corrosion,
improves circulation, and maintains long-term system stability and energy
efficiency by continuously removing harmful free and bound gases.

    Key Benefits:

    • One compact unit replaces Multiple separate expansion vessels, a degasser, and auto-fill/topup.
    • Less pipework and fewer connection points = faster install and fewer leak risks.
    • Smaller plantroom footprint and cleaner layout than large conventional bladder-type expansion vessels. Typically, 40-60% less tank volume is required (Space saving).
    • Precise, close-tolerance pressure control vs pressure swings with static expansion methods.
    • Diaphragm-free operation eliminates bladder failures, recharging, and related maintenance.
    • Active vacuum degassing removes dissolved air (not just free air) for superior system protection.
    • Lower oxygen levels reduce corrosion, magnetite sludge, and component wear.
    • Quieter operation by preventing air noise, cavitation, and pump “hunting”
    • Intelligent auto-fill maintains pressure automatically and logs make-up water use.
    • Leak detection and alarm functions alert to abnormal top-up or loss of pressure.
    • BMS-ready controls with clear alarms and simple commissioning.
    • Lower whole-of-life cost through fewer components, fewer failures, and reduced chemical/inhibitor dosing requirements.
Seismic restraint kit available for Feed & Expansion tanks for ease of install and compliance.
Lightweight tanks mean they can be easily manonuvered into hard-to-access plant rooms without Cranage/special lifting operations.

The VacVent system has a number of benifits over other systems like: Servitec & Fillcontrol reflex models. Also superior functions compared to the Flamco PSD, Flexifiller and PressDS Plus. Talk to the experts at FlowQuip about your closed loop applications.
